Merge:Connect Android Watch is a third-party app available on both the App Store and Google Play Store. It allows Android-based smartwatches, including the Samsung Galaxy Watch, to connect and communicate with iPhones. Although it doesn’t unlock every basic function, it does include key features such as Notification sync, call and message management , basic health tracking and time alaram etc.
Step 1: Download the Merge App
On iPhone:
- Open the App Store
- Search for “Merge: Connect Android Watches”
- Download and install the app
- On Samsung Galaxy Watch:
- Open the Google Play Store from your watch
- Search for “Merge: Connect Android Watches”
- Download and install the app
Step 2: Enable Bluetooth on both devices
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on both your iPhone and Galaxy Watch.
Step 3: Open Merge App on Both Devices
Launch the Merge app on both your iPhone and Galaxy Watch.
Step 4: Begin the pairing process
On your iPhone, tap “Start Pairing”
The app will search for available devices
On your Galaxy Watch, when your iPhone appears, select it.

Step 5: Confirm Bluetooth Pairing
A Bluetooth pairing request will appear on both devices
Tap “Pair” on both the iPhone and the Watch to confirm.
